Nicolas Sourivongxay (born January 13, 1984) is an Argentine singer, producer, writer, entrepreneur, and digital creator. He has a degree in International Trade, many high diplomas in education among tents of certificates in different disciplines, most of them focused on business subject.
In 2018 his first rock/pop music album 'Let it Shine On me' was launched to the market. He owns two full albums, one EP Album, and four singles.
He also wrote eighteen books among them, the novel 'El Rescate del Doctor Arañus' (2020), his tales of 'Cuentos de la Nueva Generación' (2018). and the philosophical saga 'El Joven' divided in four books.
As an entrepreneur, he created his business NSComex (November 2016- present) consisting in helping children to study at home.
In March 2024, he launched his music album 'The Miscellany Of The Divo'.

EARLY LIFE
Nicolas Sourivongxay was born in Avellaneda, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. He is a son of asian immigrants from Thailand and Laos. His father was Buddhist and his mother was Buddhist/Mormon.
When he was a teenager he was baptized and confirmed at the Catholic Church. Years later, he joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was also baptized and confirmed at that Mormon church and he served a mission as an Elder between 2003-2005.
Around 2008, he abandoned the church but he is still promoting some Christian doctrines.
Since he was a child, he has been a responsible person with autonomy in making the decisive decisions in his life journey.
At the age of 29 he got his degree in International Trade at a private university.
Previously before getting his degree, he worked for four companies in a dependency relationship.
Moreover, after his college graduation he worked independently, by creating his own business based mainly on providing educational services under his NSComex brand.
He is also a writer of several books, and a singer-songwriter-producer.
His parents passed away in Argentina . His mother from Thailand on November 24, 2019 and his father from Laos on November 2, 2023. Among other complications in health, both had in common Stroke.
EDUCATION
Nicolas Sourivongxay graduated as an instructor at a vocational training institute in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina (2000) before his graduation from high school (2001). The Diploma was sealed by the Ministry of the Interior of Argentina in 2001, by the School Council of Esteban Echeverria, Province of Buenos Aires, and by the National Directorate of Culture and Education in 2002.
In 2003, he served a mission working for the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints (Mormons) until 2005.
When he returned to Buenos Aires, he enrolled at Universidad Argentina John F. Kennedy in International Degree four Years course. He got his first formal job in the market as an office administrator in 2008 and he graduated in December 2013.
His academic training takes into account the areas of marketing, national and international economics, law, accounting, and mathematics, complemented with intensive training for the optimal performance of the activities in the field of business.
Consequently, he got many certificates from courses related to business.
During the restricted quarantine due to the pandemic of Covid-19, he increased his quantity of certificates obtained until getting an accumulation of more than two hundred and eighty certificates from worldwide organizations.
MUSIC CAREER
He began his career writing songs and holding them at the Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor (DNDA) for a program 'Mi Primera Canción'. In 2015, he recorded his first original song in English language, 'Let it shine on me' mixing rock and blues styles. Later he launched his songs 'Heartache', 'I Can Dance', 'Phone Call'. In 2018, those songs were added to his first music album launched worldwide called 'Let it Shine on Me'. The album included 'Tu Meterás un gol' dedicated to the Russia Football World Cup 2018 and his original song 'Born to Shine' in different versions, English, Spanish, and Live as an attempt to be part of the 'Buenos Aires Youth Olympic Games 2018'.
In 2019, he launched his original pop song, 'Put Me Back' and he reunited the song together with his music album 'Let it shine on me' by registering them in just one album, 'Let it shine on me'.
In December 2022, he published his first Christmas song, 'A Christmas Landscape', a remake of his original song 'Landscape'(2018). It's a gospel rock melodic song which lyric is based on christianity.
His EP Rock Album 'Phone Calls To Shine' appeared in February 2023. The Album contains remakes of two of his original songs. 'Phone Calls Slow' from 'Phone Call' (2018), and 'Let it shine on me Again' from 'Let it shine on Me'(2018).
In the middle of the same year, his instrumental album 'Rockinstrumentals To Shine' was launched in June containing only instrumental versions of his songs including a new song sang Acapella called, 'Si tu no estás'.
Previous Christmas Eve, the Spanish version of 'A Christmas Landscape' got into the market by the name, 'Un Paisaje Navideño' also written by Nicolas Sourivongxay.
Sooner, his original classical song 'Symphony 358: My Grace' was launched in the same month by showing his skills in classical contemporary music.
In March 2024, Mr. Sourivongxay launched a music album with fourteen songs called, 'The Miscellany Of The Divo'

BOOK WRITER CAREER
A record was hit as a book publisher by one author/Editor in 2015 when Nicolas Sourivongxay launched ten e-books in just one year starting with his philosophical saga. His first book was 'El Joven, su verdad puede ser tu verdad' followed by 'El Joven, tu verdad puede cambiar al mundo', 'El Joven, viviendo en Kratonia', and 'El Joven, su desnudo final' in which he began writing non fiction until mixing it with fictional fantasy style.
The next books appearing were 'La Competencia Verde, 'Camilo Veníccio Gigliano', 'La Resistencia', 'La isla de Cracia', 'La Noche de los Reinos: Génesis', and 'La Noche de los Reinos: la desaparición'.

BUSINESS MARKET
While he was studying at Universidad John F. Kennedy, he was working at companies in private sector such as Emona SRL, Fitnet SA, Pipepetrol SRL, and Broni SA until September 2013.
In those companies he acquired administrative, accounting, and foreign trade experience for the areas of bicycles, kayaks, machinery and equipment for the oil-gas-mining industry, service of hydro washers and brushes for industrial cleaning.
In December 2013 he got his Degree in International Trade. After that, he has been begging for a depending job in the market. He started his own start up as an entrepreneur, 'NSComex' in 2015 dedicated to educational business as he also got involved in music industry and in books industry. He also created his brand of clothes 'Yooloper' however, the business didn't run due to the rejection of trademark attempt against Topper (Alpargatas).
Nicolas Sourivongxay got the trademark of NSComex successfully in the market.
The mission of NSComex was to provide a service for the family and the individuals by offering quality home or virtual classes or courses for the greatest customer satisfaction in the Province of Buenos Aires and virtually internationally.
In private classes, NSComex did not replace the formal school teacher but rather replaced the father, mother, or guardian who did not have time or had little knowledge to take care of their children's education.
The small virtual store worked in and out of the market. Legally in the following periods.
- November 2016 until June 2017. Reason of leaving: Brand legal dispute of Topper against Yooloper. Expenses in procedures.
- November 2018 until September 2020. Reason of leaving: Quarantine. Pandemic COVID 19. Lack of adaptation of clients to new way of learning by zoom, virtual way of payment in the market.
- Fiebruary 2021 until December 2021. Reason of leaving: Police persecution on the streets, police harassment on the streets, police interceptions on the streets.

Currently, Nicolas Sourivongxay continues publishing songs and books but not doing live shows.

LEGAL DISPUTES
Yooloper against Topper
In June 2017, Nicolas Sourivongxay received a notice of the rejection of his brand attempt for Yooloper by Topper arguing equal sound. The expenses of the legal procedure provoked the exit of the main brand NSComex.
The company in charge of Topper in Argentina, that is 'Alpargatas' had serious problems due to politics issues and Topper was finally bought at 100% by the brazilian mormon millionaire, Carlos Roberto Wizard Martins, from Grupo Sforza by around U$s 88 millions.
Nicolas Sourivongxay returned to the market in November 2018 but without Yooloper.
The National Commission for the Defense of Competition declared itself as an incompetent national institution in response to the legal dispute between brands.
Nicolas Sourivongxay argues there is another similar brand in the market located in Avellaneda, Buenos Aires Province selling clothes since 2003 called 'Galloper', that he shows concerns about the decision of the National Institute of Registration of the Intellectual Property in Argentina in giving them their brand but not to Mr. Sourivongxay just for the four last letters 'Oper'.

Technical reason
Nicolas Sourivongxay downloaded Star Maker Karaoke app by using Google App , so Star Maker gave him this profile number #62145543629 then he sang the song of Irene Cara "Out Here On My Own" in the version of Mariah Carey. After that, he removed the app from his mobile. Later on, he downloaded the app again however, Star Maker gave him another profile number #62145567685. Consequently, he tried to get in by using his Facebook account but StarMaker gave him another profile number #62145992021. Then he tried with his another Gmail account but Starmaker created another profile number #62145567528. He immediately left comments below the video. Later on, he removed the app from his device and he never tried to download it again.
The claim
The formal claim he sent them by email began on January 6th, 2022, and obligations required couldn't be done for the performance of the contract due to that system error that prohibited his access to the profile number #62145543629. Following steps were taken by trying to contact them by Facebook including by Messenger or by Twitter. Other emails were sent on May 1st, 2022; on January 28th, 2023, Nicolas Sourivongxay requested them to remind him the email used in order to get access to that profile number for him to check it out but there was no acknowledgement of receipt; and on July 21st, 2023.
The system error by Star Maker or Google App was the interference from both parties in the contract. It's about the certain unexpected and undetermined issues that might occur that decreases the chance of playing out or performing the contract. Related to this, the Indian contract act in segment 59 says the following, "... assuming any of the reasons might prompt the difficulty of execution and it is prudent to break the agreement…"
Continuing this dispute turned it commercially dishonest only in favor of Star Maker since the day he first claimed it to remove or to delete his account on January 6th, 2022. He sustained his claim due to the system error and that the failure in performing the obligation requested was implied in their terms and conditions.
The case was solved on September 18th, 2023. Star Maker let Nicolas Sourivongxay to delete his video on their system by giving him access to his account.
Nicolas Sourivongxay against Argentine Government, Security forces, Cyberspies, Justice System.
The cause of persecution and harassment against Nicolas Sourivongxay by security forces, mostly by police officers in Buenos Aires Province and Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires began in 2018 when Mr. Sourivongxay visited a shopping mall in Adrogué, Buenos Aires Province to get his bracelet for the 2018 Buenos Aires Youth Olympic Games. The case is related to politics and the disorganized issues about control due to the political and economic problems in Argentina. Security concerns took the stage until getting the levels of abuse of control and irrationality. It came from "the grieta" during the transition of the government of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner to Mauricio Macri around 2015.
The places at Justice System involved in the case of Nicolas Sourivongxay belong to the full pyramid of the Justice System. The cases presented before the organization were all dismissed.

Nicolas Sourivongxay tried to claim at the local justice department at the District of Esteban Echeverría in Monte Grande where he is located however, that department declared itself incompetent. Next to that, the case was sent to the Public Prosecutor's Office in Lomas de Zamora, UFIJ No. 8. He sent his large quantity of claims to them by email with evidence consisting in photos with date and time, video recordings, and stream live videos of the incidents. Nicolas Sourivongxay remarks the use of technology as real evidence to be considered in trials even so, the justice system dismissed all of them.
In the case of the Public Prosecutor's Office Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, the prosecutor told Mr. Sourivongxay that there were no crimes to be observed.
In April 2022, the Guarantee Court (Juzgado de Garantías Nro 1, Lomas de Zamora) in charge of the Judge Dr. Jorge Walter López rejected the Habeas Corpus requested by Nicolas Sourivongxay.
The Juzgado Nro 2 de Família Lomas de Zamora located in Banfield in Buenos Aires Province interviened by sending a social assistant to the house of Mr. Sourivongxay. According to him, he considered the social assistant as feminist with bad intention to declare him as a person with disability.
Persecution, harassment, and interception from security forces never stopped despite of his claims almost every day.
Nicolas Sourivongxay did in-person presentations before UFIJ No. 8 of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Province of Buenos Aires and there were acknowledgment of receipts by the organization. Mr. Sourivongxay did it in his own right in which the title of the case presented by him was 'Harassment and police persecution and attempted murder by induction through repeated actions sustained over time' according to IPP 07-00-053113-21/00 of November 12, 2021 (67 pages), of November 25, 2021 (8 pages), and of December 7, 2021 (9 pages)
In 2022, Nicolas Sourivongxay wrote and sent a petition for protection of his fundamental rights to the Federal Criminal and Economic Court (Juzgado Federal Penal y Económico) in charge of the Judge Dr. Javier López Biscayart due to his economic situation based on his lack of calls for a depending job in the market and related to the impossibility of continuing performing contracts independently with his business NSComex due to Police harassment on the streets. The Court rejected his claim so, Nicolas Sourivongxay appealed the sentence by exposing the failures at Justice System. They rejected his claim.
On December 19th, 2022, Nicolas Sourivongxay sent the request to the Supreme Court asking for a Trial Jury against Judge Dr. López Jorge Walter, Juez de Garantías Nro 1 de Lomas de Zamora; Judge Dr. Lopez Biscayart Javier, Juez Federal Penal Económico Nro 9; Judge Dr. Galvan Greenway Juan Pedro, Juez Federal Penal Económico Nro. 10; Prosecutor Fiscal de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Juan Bautista Mahiques; Prosecutor Fiscal del Ministerio Público Fiscal de Lomas de Zamora UFIJ 8, Martinez, Javier Gustavo and Pablo Rossi; Prosecutor Fiscal de Esteban Echeverría UFIJ 4, Semisa Fernando Daniel, in order to investigate whether the indicated officials have incurred the causes of: poor performance and disorderly conduct, and/or whether there has been any commission of misconduct by those appointed in the exercise of their functions, by virtue of the factual and legal considerations according to Nicolas Sourivongxay's explanation. Advancing that the requested investigation was due to verification by this High Court, in the need to know if there have been: non-compliance in the work of officials, and infractions of supreme laws, in addition to the performance of acts prohibited for magistrates , lacking in them the most basic and essential skills in matters of regulatory respect and citizen education (arts. 11 inc. c, 13 incs a y d, y 15, 16, 17 y ccs of law 14.970 and its changes).
The Magistracy Council sent the verdict to Nicolas Sourivongxay on July 13th, 2023 by dismissing his claim.
On Friday, August 11th, 2023, two days before presidential election (Las PASO) , the Magistracy Council sent him the verdict in another format affirming what they previously said.
At the beginning of March 2023, the Court of 1st Criminal and Correctional Instance (Juzgado de 1ra Instancia Criminal y Correccional) in Lomas de Zamora Nro. 1 . Secretaria Nro. 16 in charge of Judge Federico Villena, sent Nicolas Sourivongxay a notice requesting a questioning by accusing him of 'Public Intimidation' involving the French Embassy in Buenos Aires and the Police Department in charge of cybersecurity.
For the first time, a lawyer was imposed by the Justice to help him with the questioning but beyond that, Nicolas Sourivongxay managed his speech.
At the end of that month, the claim against him was dismissed in a verdict divided in two parts, part one and part two.
Nicolas Sourivongxay got sick in April 2023 and he attempted to US VISA Tourism at US Embassy in June 2023 but he was rejected.
In July 2023 he escaped to Montevideo, Uruguay seeking for Asylum condition. Being there, he received the dismissing of the Trial Jury request in an email sent by the Argentine Magistracy Council on July 13th, 2023. And for the first time, he received a call of the Argentine Ministry of Employment trying to help him to find a job.
The requirement invoked to be considered Refugee from Argentina was Persecution.
He returned to Argentina due to problems of housing. He didn't want to share night rooms with destitute and homeless people.
On September 4th, 2023, Nicolas Sourivongxay sent an answer to the Magistracy Council of the Argentine Justice System and to the Supreme Court in response of the mistreatment from the justice system and his dismissing claims. Nicolas Sourivongxay not only made a complain marking errors in legal procedures but also he applied the law and principles of law such as The International Convenant of Civil and Political Rights, Criminal Code, Human Rights, and more laws related.
The events of persecution, harassment, and interception by security forces continue nowadays while Nicolas Sourivongxay walks on the streets in Buenos Aires Province and Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires and he sends emails to Justice System and Human Rights Organizations trying to defend his rights like in every year since 2019 even knowing he will be rejected.
